Welcome to DS Sports (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading or using this app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Using the App

You must be 18 years or older to participate.
You agree to use the app only for lawful fitness-related activities.
Do not misuse the app (for example, by posting harmful, offensive, or misleading content).

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account.
If we detect suspicious or fraudulent activity, we may suspend or delete your account.

3. Challenges and Competitions

All participants must follow the rules of each challenge.
Winnings and payouts are subject to our verification process and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
We reserve the right to disqualify users for cheating or unfair behavior.

4. Payments

Entry fees, payouts, and other transactions are handled through secure third-party payment providers.
Platform fees may apply. These are displayed before you confirm any transaction.
All payments are final unless otherwise stated.

5. Content

You may post videos, images, and comments on the app.
By posting, you give DS Sports permission to use, display, and share your content for app-related purposes (for example, leaderboards or promotions).
Do not post copyrighted or inappropriate material.

Return and Refund Policy

All challenge entries and event payments are final. However, we understand that sometimes events may be cancelled or postponed.

1. Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by the organizer or DS Sports, all registered participants will receive a full refund of their entry fee.
Refunds are automatically credited back to the original payment method or wallet within 3–7 business days.

2. User Cancellations

If a participant chooses to withdraw from an event after registration, no refunds will be issued unless the event itself is cancelled.

3. Technical Issues

If a technical issue on our side prevents an event from running as planned, we may issue partial or full refunds at our discretion.
